Anet A8 3D printer fire (cooling fan meltdown) + check for damage

So this has just happened. The original cooling fan of my Anet A8 printer melted off its cable. The printer itself luckily seems to have survived. I will do more checks and replace the stock cooling fan with a new one. This time I won't take the security risks lightly and install safety upgrades.
