5 MONTHS POST-OP VSG Surgery | Back Pain and Setbacks
It's been awhile since my last update due to work craziness. My weight loss progress has been slow, and I experienced a setback when I had back spasms. I stopped tracking my weight so I could focus on getting well and moving. My Stats: 5 months post-opp Height: 5'5" Age: 38 years old HW: 300 lbs July 2016 SW: 261 lbs CW: 205 lbs Total Loss to-date since surgery: 56 lbs Total loss since July 2016: 95 lbs I had vertical sleeve gastrectomy surgery on 11/3/16 with Dr. Malcolm Robinson at the Brigham and Women's Hospital in Boston, Massachusetts.
