Northwest Earth Ministry Comments on Solar Power Fee

Northwest Unitarian Universalist Congregation of Sandy Springs (near Atlanta), Georgia provided comment to the Public Service Commission on Georgia Power's proposal to charge solar power generators a recurring monthly fee to use of the power grid. Earth Ministry Leader, Dave Zenner, and congregation president, Keith Kreycik spoke. Northwest has installed a solar array on the roof of it sanctuary.
