** New video with rFactor 2!! - https://youtu.be/BL-OwCAWZOo ** So after driving these early 90s F1 cars in the sims that I own I can categorically say that RaceRoom and Automobilista 2 are far and away the best at translating what the tyres are doing into your steering wheel. The recent updates to both titles have transformed them from a "maybe ill play once a week" to now being a daily fix. Most people will know I'm a huge original Assetto Corsa fanboy, and for the sheer amount of content that you can still get for it makes it second to none, but it definitely felt dated when tested back to back over the course of an hour and a half in making this video. F1 is probably the worst of the lot as it takes the fun out of driving a proper manual by blipping the throttle for you on the downshift (maybe there is a setting I've missed for this??)
