Diagnosing magnetic lightning cable
A final testing of the magnetic lightning cable that stopped working after a day. In my original review video of the Wsken X-Cable magnetic lighting charge and data cable, I said it's a great idea but that it wouldn't charge my iPhone or iPad after just one day. On the first day, I was getting 'this cable or accessory is not certified' but it would still charge. The next day the cable stopped charging completely. A lot of people gave feedback and suggestions on how to fix the problem, from the order of connection to reseting the ipad/iphone and unfortunately nothing worked. After trying various ideas, I decided to just grab my multimeter and verify there's even 5v come out of the cable. If the cable isn't producing 5v then there's no need for further testing.
