Fiio Pro Player won't turn on after charging

If your player is OFF and has been charging for a while and won't turn on...Hold for 30 seconds, tap the power a few times, hold for 20 seconds, tap a few times and just repeat this process for a minute or two. Strangely, we have seen this a few times.
