RTAB-Map on Nvidia Xavier

Testing rtabmap-ros on Nvidia AGX Xavier. Had to build RTAB-Map and RTAB OctoMap-ros and a few other pieces from source. ROS melodic which is the only ROS version that works on Ubuntu 18.04 is brand new so not all packages are available pre-built. The Xavier is sweet. Video and all are butter smooth. Big improvement over the TX2. This is cpu only no cuda. I will have to recompile the ROS opencv lib with cuda turned on before I can use cuda in ROS. Xavier Rocks !!! The flashing on the background screen isn't the Xavier. Something in the screen recorder is doing it. Too tired to fix it :)
