Second hand stereo speakers tend to be inexpensive and sometimes are even given away for free and thrown away. Have a look around your local second-hand Websites / Apps such as Gumtree, Craigslist, eBay etc. These as good places to look for second hand unused audio equipment that can be used for projects such as this one. Maker ? ?Blacksmith? ?Woodworker? ?YouTube? Hi guys this video has been long in the making but is finally here. In this video I create a Bluetooth speaker powered by a Makita power tool battery. To make the speaker I utilised my already existing Bluetooth speaker that I had make a couple of years ago now. It features on my channel as a build video (link above). For a long time, I have been struggling to find a good power source for my Bluetooth speaker projects until I had a new idea pop into my head one day. Why not power the speakers using the already existing power tool batteries? If you come to think of it, they are perfect. High capacity, fast discharge capabilities and of course an already existing fast charger system. Down time is limited to the time it takes to swap a battery they are Simply perfect. This is why in this video I bring the brilliant idea into reality. Hopefully this video helps one of you out and if it dose be sure to share it so that more people can see it and use this idea.
