Rust Mod: Entity Radar

Beta of a live radar I chucked together. The original idea was to have it refresh every few seconds with a radar "flash" if you will which would show entities for 1.5 seconds then fade out, but unfortunately it seems that Rusts CUI FadeOut component is not functioning correctly. Eventually the finalized version will be available via www.chaoscode.io
