This is the hardcore version of Maps of Chaos Map01 (there's also an overkill version, but that one is just insane and I'm not sure I can do it with Brutal Doom Platnium monsters...) Maps of Chaos (Overkill version) at Ultraviolence. Also in tactical mode, so weapons have recoil.
