Birth of a Planet - A Relaxing SciFi Ambient Soundscape
Best experienced with headphones. ----- From Orion's Journal: As an explorer in a far-off galaxy, I was on a mission to discover new worlds. I was part of a team that was sent out to explore a newly formed solar system, where a bright young star had just ignited. As we approached the system, we noticed that there was a thick cloud of dust and gas surrounding the star, which was known as a protoplanetary disk. As we began to study the disk, we noticed something strange. There were small clumps of dust and gas that seemed to be swirling around the star. As we watched, these clumps began to grow larger and larger, until they formed into small balls. I and my team realized that we were witnessing the birth of a new planet. Over time, we watched as these balls of dust and gas continued to grow and eventually formed into fully formed planets, with rocky surfaces and thick atmospheres. My team and I were able to study these planets in great detail, and we discovered that some of them even had the potential to support life. As we continued to explore the solar system, my team and I made many more groundbreaking discoveries. But the birth of that first planet would always hold a special place in our hearts, as we were the first to witness the incredible process of planetary formation. ----- I compose ambient music and soundscapes across various genres, including those that transport listeners to futuristic and otherworldly realms.
